San Diego Waves XTC
The San Diego Waves are members of the USATF San Diego-Imperial Association
-The San Diego Waves serve youth runners (ages 11-14) in
North County San Diego.
-Wave Cross Country "XC" officially begins August 2026.
-Capacity for the 2026 XC Season will be 20 Waves- 11-12 & 13-14 age groups.
-Before becoming a new member for the SD Waves, your child will be asked to participate in 2 pre-assessment workouts on August 18th & August 20th @ Hollandia Park-5:30-7:00 pm. We will then invite 5-10 prospective new members to join.

1) RSVP your 11-14 year old to attend practice 8/18 & 8/20- use Contact Link
2) Complete and Bring Waiver to Practice- WAIVER Permission Form HERE
3) Wear Running Gear, Bring h2o, and a stretch mat.
-Returning Waves...
1) Complete & Bring the SD Wave Registration Form to practice -FORM HERE
2) Remit team fees by check or money order with reg form.
Cross Country Registration Fee for 2026
Member Fee- $465 (add'l $35 for required USATF National Membership)
Includes: -USATF Meet Fees (up to 5 regular season meets)
-USATF/SDW Organizational Fees
-Insurance/Permit/Facility Fees
-Team Performance Shirt/Team Bag
