-The San Diego Waves serve youth runners (ages 11-14) in

North County San Diego.

​-Wave Track (800m-1500m-3000m) officially begins in March 2026.

-Capacity for the 2026 Track Season will be 30 Waves- 11-12 & 13-14 age groups.

-Before becoming a new member for the SD Waves, your child will be asked to participate in 2 pre-assessment workouts on February 21st. & 28th. Site and Time will be sent out to prospective families. We will then invite 5-10 prospective new members to our team night.

-Pre-Assessment is Feb 28 from 8-9:30 am at Mission Hills HS

      1)  RSVP your 11-14 year old using our Contact Link

      2)  Complete and Bring Waiver to Participate- WAIVER HERE

      3) Wear Running Gear, Bring h2o, and a stretch mat.

-We will begin adding invited new members at our Team Night held on Tuesday, March 3rd @ Road Runner Sports- Carlsbad 6:15-7:30 pm. 

-To complete SDWaves Registration-

   1) Complete & Bring the SD Wave Registration Form -FORM HERE on Team Night

    2)  Remit team fees by check or money order on Team Night.

Registration Fee for 2026 San Diego Wave Track

March to June- No Refunds.

Member Fee- $465 (add'l $35  for required USATF National Membership)

Includes: -USATF Meet Fees (up to 5 regular season meets)

-USATF/SDW Organizational Fees
