-The San Diego Waves serve youth runners (ages 11-14) in

North County San Diego.

​-Track (800m-1500m-3000m) officially begins in March 2026.

-Before becoming a new member for the SD Waves, your child will be asked to participate in 2 pre-assessment workouts on February 21st. & 28th. Site and Time will be posted on January 18th. Our goal is to invite prospective members to our team night.

-We will begin adding new members at our Team Night held on Tuesday, March 3rd @ Road Runner Sports- Carlsbad 6:15-7:30 pm. 

Registration Fee for 2026 San Diego Wave Track

March to June- No Refunds.

Member Fee- $465 (add'l $35  for required USATF National Membership)

Includes: -USATF Meet Fees (up to 5 regular season meets)

-USATF/SDW Organizational Fees  

-Insurance/Permit/Facility Fees

-Team Performance Shirt/Team Bag
