25     Wednesday        Recovery Day- 15 min Jog /150m Finishers x 4
26     Thursday            Fartlek Style Run- Go 3 min On - 3 Min Off up to 5
27     Friday                 Cross Train- Swim, Bike, or Hike with Family  
28     Saturday             Wave Workout @ Mission Hills HS 8:00-9:30 am

March

1       Sunday.              Rest Day

​2       Monday              D-Fartlek Style Run- 800m On - 800m Off up to 4.

3       Tuesday             Team Night @ Road Runner Sports-Carlsbad 6:15 - 7:30 pm

4       Wednesday        Easy Run 20-30 min

5       Thursday            1st Wave Workout @ Mission Hills HS 5:30-7:00 pm

6        Friday                Cross Train- Swim, Bike, or Hike with Family  

7        Saturday            LSD- Long Slow Distance 30-45 minute Run

8        Sunday.             Recovery Day
