12 Tue Easy Run Up to 30 minutes
13 Wed Ladder 800-1200-800-400x2 @ San Marcos Middle Post: Jump rope & Bands
14 Thu Recovery- Agility-Drills x 3 Sets
15 Fri Try Sprints- 200m x 8 with 1 mile cool down
16 Sat Progression Run 5 miles - Last 2 miles drop 15-30 seconds each mile.
17 Sun Rest Day
