10 Fri    Pre-meet: Warm-up/Stretch/Drills/Striders 
11 Sat   Havoc Invite @ Madison HS
12 Sun  Rest Day 
13 Mon Recovery Run 3-4 mile Post: Drills
14 Tue  500m-1000mx2-500m Ladder/ 80m Striders x 4  @ Buena Vista Park 5:30-7 pm Post: CORE
15 Wed Extended Drills - Lite Run 20 min Post: Walking Drills
16 Thu  D-Fartleks 500m x 6/100m Recovery @ Hollandia Park 5:30-7 pm Post Bands & Jump Rope
17 Fri    Cross Train- Share with Coaches
